"Susie, you made our University United Methodist Women's fundraiser a real
success! I have received so many positive comments about you, your style of presentation, and the perspectives you chose to articulate to our audience. They loved your stories!
Thank you for gracing our church with your warm, gentle, and accessible spirit and for being such a gracious guest speaker." --Charisse Hughen, chairwoman for UUMW fundraiser
"Your presentations (Author/Editor: Both Sides of the Fence; and Research,
Reflection and Reconstruction: Non-fiction with a Twist) were the most informative of what I heard during the Bay Area Writers' League conference."--Mary Sue Anton, author
